Actually, it wouldn't be bad if I had it organized. I had my stuff in various bags, sunglasses were on the front dash, etc.. plus the bike was inside! My T1 was about SIX minutes! I was going to set-up an actual transition towel next to the van, but there were some sketchy-looking characters hanging out in the parking lot. Was just for fun-n-practice anyways.. I'm watching transition videos on YouTube now. Looking forward to tomorrow! Thanks for checking in! =)
