Ha ha ha! Look for NipGuards at any running store. They work wonders.
Yeah, debating.. never had this happen before, so I didn't use any BodyGlide or Vaseline. I'm a bit reluctant to try something new now, so close to race day. I might just go with BG or vaseline (or both!)
